1 9 in unbaked pastry shell
1 can pumpkin about 2 cups
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425* In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except pastry shell and mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350* bake 35-40 min longer or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whip cream.
