1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 sm instant vanilla pudding
2/3 c oil
4 eggs------mix as usual
Fold in 1 1/2 c brandied fruit, 1 cup nuts chopped, 1 cup coconut

Directions:

Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350* oven in bundt pan. Leave in pan 10 min before removing.

(If fruit not used, stir daily)

I don't...I just drain all juice off and keep each in jar or tupperware...

NOTE FROM DONNALEE CATER GEIGER: While going through Rubys recipes for this book I came across this recipe which we thought looked like Dads, (Don's) writing for both the starter and the cake! Not sure if he wrote it or not, but we knew it sounded like something he would like, so Michael and I wanted to include it!!
