2 T Margarine 1/3 c grated carrot 1/2 c chopped onion 2 T Flour 1 can chicken broth 1 jar cheese and salsa dip 1 pkg 9 oz frozen cut brocccli, thawed 1 cup milk
Melt butter in large saucepan over med heat. Add carrots and onions. Cook till tender, stirring occassionally. Sprinkle in flour. Slowly stir in broth until blended. Add remining ingredients and cook till heated through.
