8 slices cubed bread 3/4 c grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 lbs cooked sausage links, cut bite size 4 eggs 2 1/2 c milk 3/4 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp salt
Mix and beat together the eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour over bread,cheddar,sausage mixture and cover, refrigerate overnite. Two hours before serving mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 cup sliced mushrooms and 1/2 c milk. Pour over cassarole. Bake 300* oven 1 1/2 hrs
