3 T. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice and all) 2 eggs 2 T. butter
Combine 1st 4 ingredients in saucepan and cook unti thickened. Add butter. Cool and spread on cake or between layers.
Both Daddy and Kyle had to have some type of pineapple cake for their birthdays. If it was not an upside down cake then most of the time this was put on a wonderful, moist yellow cake. It is wonderful!
