1 whole "nice size" chicken
1 onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
2 pound spaghetti
1 can RoTel Tomatoes (do not drain)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and remove bones. Keep broth. Separate meat into small pieces. Brown onion and green pepper. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Mix chicken, spaghetti, onions, green pepper, RoTel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
