1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
cup packed brown sugar
cup butter, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condense milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degree (325 degrees glass pan). In bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Mix well. Reserving cup, press remaining oat mixture on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Then sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips, and remaining oat mixture, press down. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

Matt has made these cookies since Jr. High. He never puts in the nuts. When I make then I use nuts and I toss in some white chocolate chips for beauty.
