4-5 lb turkey breast (if frozen, no need to thaw)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/4 C. melted butter
salt to taste
lemon pepper to taste
1 1/2 C. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey breast. Place in greased slow cooker. Put onion and celery in turkey cavity.

Poor butter over turkey. Sprinkle with seasonings. Pour in chicken broth.

Cook on high for six hours. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
