1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix well. You may use more Worcestershire sauce and less soy sauce, according to taste. Place meat in marinade, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Sauce may be refrigerated and used again.
