3 lbs. chicken
2 c. reserved chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove bones and skin. Reserve 2 cups of broth. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in 2 quart baking dish.
In a saucepan, bring soup and broth to a boil. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, buttermilk and margarine. Mix well. Pour broth-soup mixture over chicken. Spoon batter over top. Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes.
