1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T butter, melted
4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Directions:

Saute green pepper, celery and onion in butter in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
