Make Hot Roll mix as directed. Let rest 5 minutes. Separate into 8-10 balls. Mash out to saucer size (about). Fix your standard taco/BBQ beef or whatever filling you like. Dump 1/4 cup in center of squashed bread dough. Bring up sides and seal. Turn sealed side down on foil covered sheet. Brush with melted butter. Let rise.
