1 cup raisins
2 cups hot water
pinch salt
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp oleo
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
line 9 inch pan with unbaked crust
boil raisins, water and lemon juice together for 3 minutes, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon, add little of juice from the raisins and stir until well blended, add add this mixture to the raisins and cook until clear ( about 5 minutes) stir frequently, add butter and cool slightly
top pie with crust
Bake@ 350 until brown
