4 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups mayo
2 T lemon juice
1/3 cup slivered almonds or water chestnuts
2 cups chedder cheese
2 oz crushed potato chips

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients, except chips. Pu in 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake @ 350* for 20-40 min
