2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tsp cold water 1/3 cup splenda 1/3 cup soy sauce 3 tbsp cider vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 4 skinless/boneless chicken breast or thighs
In small sauce pan over low heat, combine cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and b.pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and bubbles. Preheat oven to 425F. Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish and pour sauce over chicken Bake for 30 mins.
