4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
1 3/4 spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Cook chicken in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken, bring to boil. Cover reduce heat and simmer 10mins.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley, cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 mins.
