4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cyo Italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried onions
crushed red peppers (optional)
1-2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1/2 chicken breast horizontally so you end up with 2 thin pieces. Rub each piece with olive oil
mix dry ingredients together and pat each piece with crumb mixture until well covered. Bake 375F for 20 mins
