1 c. sugar 2/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. light cream 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all top 4 ingredients and stir in 1 c. boiling water. Then add other 3 ingredients to mixture and pour into 9 inch pastry. Bake in 450º oven 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350º and bake 40 minutes.
