Ingredients:  
1 pint of oysters
1/2 loaf of bread broken into pieces about the size of 25 cents.
1 egg
Chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use oysters juice an all. Mix bread crumbs, oysters and egg gently. Add salt and pepper and enough broth to make it very moist. Mix Gently.

Bake at 325 - 350 for about 30-40 minutes or until the oysters are curled and it is cooked in the center.
