Mix 2 1/2 c milk, salt & pepper to taste, 1 T flour, 4 eggs. Add cheese, Bacon or Ham.

Cut four slices bread crusts. Butter and cube. Layer in 9 x 13 pan. Mix all ingredients together and cook 20 min @ 325*..."Excellent!"
