8 oz tomato sauce
1 c onions
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 egg
1/4 c old fashion otameal
1/4 c bread crumb
1/4 cracker meal or corn flake meal
1 1/2 lb extra lean ground round

Directions:
Directions:
Stir and mold into loaf. Cook 1 hr @400* Drain

Mix 1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c ketchup
microwave about 15 sec add to top of loaf...Cook 15 min more @ 400*
