Strawberry Pie Recipe

4 Tbls. sugar,
2 cups flour,
1 cup margarine.
Mix together and press into 2 pie pans and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Filling for 2 (9") pies

12 oz cream cheese,
1/2 cup powdered sugar,
1/2 cup cool whip,
Blend until smooth and then spread on cooled pie crust.

1 cup sugar,
2 cups strawberries (blended)
3/4 cup water,
1/2 package strawberry jello,

Mix 2 Tbls. cornstarch and 2 Tbls. water. Add to strawberry mixture to thicken it. Cook about 1 minute or until thickened. Let cool.

Place whole or half fresh strawberries on cream cheese mixture and then pour cooked (cooled) strawberries on top. Refrigerate until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
