5- 5 lbs brisket
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt
2 ox liquid smoke
salt
pepper
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with celery, onion and garlic salt, cover with 3 oz of liquid smoke or less, wrap in foil and leave overnight in refrigerator. take out and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. put in oven and Bake @ 275, fat side up
still wrapped in foil and covered) for 5 hours, uncover and pour over brisket, 6 oz of barbecue sauce, and bake 1 hour longer, basting frequently
