1 can of "cheap" bisquits
tomatoes
Italian seasoning
Cheese-co-jack or sharp cheddar
Salad Supreme
Mayonnaise
Parmesan Cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten bisquits. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with italian seasoning. Top with thin slice tomato. Sprinkle with salad supreme. Mix cheese with mayonnaise. Put 1 tsp. on top of tomato. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lightly sprinkle again with salad supreme. Bake 375 until crust is done.

We have these at so many family gatherings and I must say Carolyn is the master at it! Mama loves them and she, Mary, Susan and I enjoy them at a wonderful bed and breakfast in Hallsville where Mama treats me to the Christmas DAR Party each year.
