1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Glaze- 1 c. powdered sugar plus juice of one lemon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and Bake 325 for 1 hour. Drizzle with glaze while still warm.

Many memories of Mama making these in those early days of the "new bundt pan". She made it for so many functions, people and for the family. It's a great, light tasting, moist cake. Those old recipes are always fun to make.
