2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture, beat until smooth with whisk or spoon. Make sure mixture flows easily through funnel. If mixture is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more flour.
Heat skillet to 360, cover bottom of funnel and pour 1/2 cup of mix into funnel. Remove finger and release batter into hot grease in a spiral shape. Fry until golden brown and turn cake over. Drain well. Dust with powdered sugar. You may add cinnamon to taste or top with maple syrup.
