2 eggs
2 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very light; gradually beat in sugar. Add nuts, flour, sifted with baking powder and salt; stir in vanilla. Chill several hours. Cut off approximately 1 heaping teaspoonful and roll between hands into sticks about 2 inches long. Place about 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 12 to 15 minutes. remove from cookie sheet while warm.
