1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
2 T. sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1 box Dream Whip (2 pkgs.), prepared
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 T. cornstarch
1 sm. pkg. peach Jello
3 c. sliced fresh peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed crackers, sugar, and butter and line 9x13 dish. Beat softened cream cheese and Dream Whip. Spread over crumb crust. Combine sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello. Cool and add sliced peaches. Spread on top of cream cheese layer, Refrigerate.
