1 whole fryer, cooked and deboned
3 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 can Veg-All
1 (5 oz.) pkg. saffron rice
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and debone. Using broth, add potatoes, onion, Veg-All and rice; simmer until done. Add chicken and cheese. As soon as cheese melts, serve piping hot.Delicious.
