2 c. orange juice 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello 1/4 c. plus 2 T. sugar 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 2 c. buttermilk 1 c. coarsely chopped fresh or frozen peaches
Bring 2 cups orange juice to boil in medium saucepan. Add gelatin, sugar and lemon rind; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whiles. Gradually add buttermilk; mix well. Fold in peaches. If frozen peaches are used, drain well. Pour into mold and let set.
