2 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 T. margarine
1 can cream style corn
1 can corn beef, sliced
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange potatoes in bottom of lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion slices over potatoes. Top with milk and margarine. Spoon corn evenly over this, then cover corn with meat slices. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Cover dish and bake 25 minutes. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes longer.
