Directions:

Pour 1 tsp. olive oil (or canola oil ) into chili pot

Saute chopped onion and finely chopped garlic cloves.

Add ground beef (as beef starts to brown, add 1 pkg.TexMex mix and salt and pepper to taste) (I do this so meat will have the chili taste)

Add diced tomatoes ( If you don’t like chunks of tomatoes, remove bigger chunks and chop smaller before adding. )

Add chili beans

Add package of mild chili mix (According to taste, add more TexMex chili mix, I keep extra packages on hand)
