2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheese
3 beaten eggs
3 T. grated onion
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach following package directions; drain well. Mix with milk, 1/2 cup of the cheese, eggs, onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper. Turn into greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Combine crumbs, remaining cheese and butter; sprinkle atop spinach. Bake till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 10-15 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes.
