3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 T. margarine 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 eggs 2 c. pumpkin 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350º. grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Blend all ingredients and beat until smooth (1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater). Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
