2 egg whites, beaten
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tartar; add sugar. Beat until stiff. Add almond and vanilla extracts. Fold in nuts and chocolate morsels. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Place in oven and turn off heat; leave overnight. Makes 4 dozen.
