1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
1 can mandarine oranges, drained
3 cups minature marshmellows
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, oranges, and marshmellows. In seperate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar lemon juice, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, butter and a dash of salt. Cook in sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling or mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Cool. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream, whipped. Fold into fruits.
