1 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/3 c. onion, chopped
4 T. peanut oil
1 tsp. ginger
2 T. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and peppers in 2 T. oil. Add cubed ham. Add the other 2 T. of oil and heat until warm. Add cooked rice, garlic salt and ginger. Stir well. Make a well in frying pan or wok by moving rice to sides of pan. Pour beaten egg into well and cook on medium until semi-solid. Then mix rice with egg and stir until egg is completely scrambled. Add soy sauce.
