1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. milk 1 (9-inch) pie shell 1 T. finely chopped onion dash of pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 T. cornstarch 2 eggs
Brown beef and drain. Blend milk, mayo, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in ground beef and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
