1 head lettuce, broken up
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can LeSeur peas, drained
2 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 T. sugar
1 (14 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, layer salad in order given. Chill for 24 hours. May be topped with Parmesan cheese before serving.
