Ingredients:  
1 (16 oz.) can peach pie filling
1 (16 oz.) can chunk (or crushed) pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) can mixed fruit
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 small pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, sliced
1 apple, chopped
Sprinkle of coconut, if desired
(Sprinkle Fruit Fresh on bananas and apple)

Directions:
Combine ingredients; chill. Will keep in refrigerator without bananas turning brown. Just a hint. If I fix this the night before, I add bananas and apple in morning.
