1 chocolate cake mix, dry 3/4 c. butter; melted 1/3 c. evaporated milk
Mix together. Spread half of the batter in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt 1 bag unwrapped caramels with 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Pour over cooked brownie. Top with 2 c. chocolate chips. Add other half of the batter. Bake for 15 minutes more. Let set.
