1 1/2 quarts shredded lettuce
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. mushroom slices
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed, drained
4 oz. cheese, cubed
1 c. red onion rings
2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 quart serving bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, cheese and onions. Spread salad dressing over onions. sealing to edge of bowl. Cover. Chill several hours . Garnish with bacon and shredded cheese, if desired.
