6 large apples, peeled and grated
1 large can frozen orange juice
16 oz. coconut
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 (juice can) of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, orange juice, water and coconut together. As you grate the apples, put them in the mixture. This will keep them from turning dark. If you like, you may add cherries and/or nuts.
