1 chopped green pepper 1 chopped onion 2 T. oil 1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. raw rice 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 large can tomatoes
Saute pepper, celery, onion and mushrooms in oil. Add ground beef and brown. Pour tomatoes over mixture. Spread rice over top. Cover. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 25 minutes or until rice is done.
