1 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, pour milk, eggs and oil in centre and blend with fork.
Pour into greased 9" X 9" pan and bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
