2 large onions, quartered
2 large bell peppers, chopped
3 large celery ribs, chopped
3 T. Old Bay seasoning
2 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
4 ears of corn on the cob, broken in half
4 medium potatoes, cut in half

Directions:
Fill large stew pot 1/2 full of water. Add Old Bay seasoning; bring to a boil. Add potatoes, boil 10 minutes. Add Polish sausage, boil 10 minutes. Add corn, onion, bell pepper and celery; boil 10 minutes. Add shrimp, boil 3 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain in colander and serve.
