1/2 lb. smoked sausage or Kielbasa
1 c. white rice
1 can 14 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
2/3 c. Pace salsa
1 8 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage in half lengthwise; cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. In 10 inch skillet, combine rice, sausage and remaining ingredients; mix well, breaking up tomatoes with large spoon. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand covered 5 minutes.
