Set aside 1 c. yellow cake mix.

Mix rest of the cake mix with 1/2 c. melted margarine and 1 egg. Press mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

Mix 1 large can pumpkin, 3 eggs, 2/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 2 t. cinnamon. Pour on top of the mixture in the pan.

Mix the remaining cup of cake mix, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. margarine. Sprinkle on top of the pumpkin mixture, then sprinkle with 1/2 c. chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
