1 lb. sausage 1 1/2 slices bread, cubed 5 eggs salt and pepper 1 13 oz. can evaporated milk 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare the evening before. Cook sausage and drain. Beat eggs and milk slightly. Add sausage, bread and cheese. Season. Pour into 9 x 9 inch casserole and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes or until firm.
