1 Flank Steak, about 1 1/2 lbs.
1/3 c. regular or spicy vegetable juice cocktail or Bloody Mary mix
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T chili powder
1/8 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Score the steak on both sides with a sharp knife about 1/8 inch deep forming a diamond pattern. Whisk all the above ingredients and marinate the steak for 24 hour. Drain the steak 30 minutes prior to grilling, reserving the marinade. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
